Privacy Salon is delighted to welcome Anastasia Karagianni who joins our team in the framework of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.
Anastasia is the founder of the Greek initiative ChildAct and a member of the Greek NPO Homo Digitalis. She studied law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and at KU Leuven. Her special interest is in digital rights of children.
Anastasia has been practicing law since 2016 and is a member of the Bar Association of Thessaloniki. She did several internships focused on international law, child protection and refugee law: at the legal service of NGO Praksis, the legal department of the Greek Council for Refugees and the United Nations Regional Information Center for Western Europe in Brussels.
At Privacy Salon, she will be involved in the daily workings of our organisation, learning about administration, fundraising, event organisation, etc. and will conduct research in the area of digital rights of children.
